There is something to be said for a spring wedding. Beautiful trees, sunny days, and pink peonies. Of course, it’s even better when you have a gorgeous wedding to celebrate.

Joan and Mark were married on May 25, 2019 at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, Pittsburgh, PA. The reception was afterwards at Kimpton Hotel Monaco in downtown Pittsburgh.

Everything was planned by the bride and groom. They made all the decisions and honestly, it was a spectacular wedding. The theme colors were black, white and pink, with gold accents. As you will see from the photography, the results were stunning.

Joan has a special place in my heart. Our mothers grew up across the street from each other. Joan is one of four sisters; I am one of three. When we would all play together, we were seven girls strong. Being with Joan on her wedding day was a special time that I cannot even put into words.
