From the moment we meet you, we are there for you. We help you all along the way with decisions, concerns, or any advice you may need. We are with you when you do your final venue walk through and we show up extra early on the day of your wedding to make sure everything is perfect.

Day of Coordination
2024 Day of Coordination- Reception and Ceremony Coverage
Reception only- $1250 includes:
3- 4 zoom planning sessions to gather information, offer help, and answer any questions.
Formation of timeline, and coordination of vendors and their arrival times.
One Final walkthrough with the venue coordinator (and you!).
Eight to ten hours of coordination and two assistants on your big day.
*We will work with any venue and vendors, or can offer suggestions of ones we have worked with!
*Ask for a list of all we can do for you. You’ll be amazed!
Ceremony Coverage-
On site, same as reception location- $250
Separate from reception location- $350
Includes:
Rehearsal, coordination of your bridal party, greeting guests, and so much more! And, we fluff your dress before you walk down the aisle!
2025 Wedding Bookings-
Book your 2025 coordination by 6/30/24 and receive a 10% discount. Please mention this promotion when contacting us.

All pricing reflects weddings within a one hour driving radius of the Pittsburgh International Airport. For weddings outside of this range, please let us know and we’ll quote a nominal charge.
