We are blessed to have a full season ahead of weddings to look forward to! But wait, a Bar Mitvzah? Of course! We are versatile and Joanne has much experience coordinating celebrations around this sacred Jewish event.

First, the temple hall was decked out in turquoise and black. Lendable Linens provided the cloth napkins and MissElaineous did the fabulous balloons! Tallulah’s Catering did the mouth watering spread of bagels, smoked salmon, and blintzes. Also on the menu were delicious salads- chopped, tuna, egg and fresh fruit. The kids had their own buffet with pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, and fruit kabobs. Bella Christie’s brought amazing mini donuts in flavors of s’mores, oreo, caramel pretzel and many more! Delicious!

On to Heinz Field for the evening event! Evan had a special sign in board and welcome guy to greet everyone. Can you guess his favorite thing? Legos! There were legos everywhere, including the table place cards!

The staff at Heinz Field was amazing. It was a pleasure to work with them to ensure that everything went smoothly that evening. The room set up was spectacular and backdrop of the city of Pittsburgh was jaw dropping! What a space!

DJ Howard of AZ Entertainment kept the action moving all night. The kids never lacked for something to do and we were impressed with the way Howard, his dancers and other announcers kept the crowd engaged. They played games, gave away prizes, and entertained the guests to the very end!

Other vendors present were Dippin Dots, Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop, and Bella Christie’s also did the pastries at evening’s end. All in all, a wonderful way to celebrate this lifecycle event!
